Traditionally, nut processors used screening systems with reciprocating (back-and-forth) motion and limited screen element sizes, typically no more than 100 ft2. BM&M Screening Solutions developed nut/seed screens that utilize faster and more efficient gyratory (circular) motion and that feature screen elements as large as 260 ft2 for better overall performance and enhanced throughput, even in challenging screening applications.
